For Quality Manager:
- A degree preferably in Aeronautics/AME or Equivalent.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in the aviation industry.

- Proficiency in written and verbal communication.
- Good working knowledge of computer operations.

For Operation Manager:
- Academic graduation in any discipline from a recognized Indian university.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in aviation.
- At least 2 years of experience as an Operation Manager or a CPL holder with a minimum of 2 years‘ experience as an Operation Manager.

For Nodal Officer:
- Academic graduation in any discipline from a recognized Indian university.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in aviation.
- At least 2 years as an NSOP post holder.
- Proficiency in written and verbal communication.
- Strong coordination and documentation skills.
Monthly Remuneration:
Selected candidates will be offered a competitive monthly package, ranging from Rs. 75,000 to Rs. 150,000, in line with industry standards.
