Essential Qualifications
Candidates applying for this position must have retired honorably from the rank of Assistant Engineer or above in Central/State PWD or various other government departments. Additionally, a degree or diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution, along with relevant experience in civil engineering projects, is necessary. Desirable qualifications, including a postgraduate degree in Civil/Structural Engineering and proficiency in computer operations, are also advantageous.
Monthly Remuneration
The selected candidates will receive a consolidated monthly remuneration based on their previous pay scale, with a subtraction of the pension drawn, or a fixed amount of Rs. 45000 for non-pensionable government or semi-government employment.
Selection Process
According to the official notification, the selection process involves a personal interview, which will be held at the ESIC Regional Office in Patto, Panaji-Goa. It’s important for applicants to be physically fit, proactive, and ready to take on responsibilities immediately upon selection. Please note that the corporation will not provide any TA or DA for the interview.
