The Jammu and Kashmir Board of Professional Entrance Examinations (JKBOPEE) has released a crucial notification for the B.Pharmacy Course of 2023. As per the recent updates, a 2nd round of counseling (physical) is scheduled for the upgradation/allotment process. This follows the earlier Notification No. 061-BOPEE of 2023 dated 13.08.2023, which issued the Provisional Selection List of candidates.
Key Updates and Changes
The Board has notably reduced the benchmark from 20 to 10 marks for the 2nd round of counseling, opening up new opportunities for eligible candidates. The counseling is set to take place simultaneously at the BOPEE offices in Jammu and Srinagar on 02-11-2023. During this process, the upgradation/allotment of seats will be strictly based on the merit cum preferences filled by the candidates on the day of counseling.

Guidelines for Participants
All candidates are required to report at the BOPEE offices between 08.30 a.m. to 10.00 a.m. on the day of counseling for registration, attendance, and other formalities. It is essential to bring the following original documents for submission:
- Domicile Certificate
- 12th class marks card
- Date of Birth Certificate issued by the Board
- Category certificate (wherever applicable)
- D. Pharma certificate (for Lateral Entry Candidates only)
Before attending the counseling, candidates must check the Seat Matrix available on the official website of the Board. This ensures that they are well-informed about the available seats and can make informed decisions during the counseling process. It’s important to note that candidates who were absent or received CAN/SNA during the first round of counseling are eligible to participate in this round.

Counseling Fee and Additional Information
First-time participants are required to deposit a counseling fee of Rs. 1000 through POS machines available at BOPEE offices in Jammu/Srinagar via Debit/Credit card. For more detailed information and updates, candidates can visit the official website jkbopee.gov.in
