The successful conduction of the OMR Based Written Examination on 19-11-2023 for the aforementioned post laid the foundation for this significant step. In line with the objective of fulfilling all vacant positions, candidates falling within the consideration zone, as mentioned in Annexure-A of the notification, are summoned for physical appearance before the designated Document Verification Committees. This verification process is scheduled to take place from 13-12-2023 (Wednesday) between 10.00 AM to 05.00 PM.

Schedule and Venue:

The verification process will be conducted at two centers – JKSSB, Central Office, CPO Chowk, Panjtirthi, Jammu (for Jammu Centre based candidates) and JKSSB, Central Office, ZamZam Building, Rambagh, Srinagar (for Kashmir Centre based Candidates). It’s crucial for candidates to adhere to their designated centers as per the provided schedule.

Mandatory Documents:

Candidates appearing for the Document Verification are required to carry specific documents in their original form along with two self-attested copies. These include:

  • Copy of Online Application Form(s)
  • Two recent passport size color photographs
  • Original photo ID Proof (Aadhar card/Voter Card/Pan Card/Passport etc.)
  • Date of Birth Certificate (10 Diploma/Marks card)
  • Valid Category Certificate (if applicable)
  • Domicile Certificate
  • 10+2 Marks Sheet/Diploma
  • 3 years diploma in Civil Engineering from a Government recognized institution


It’s imperative for candidates to present the aforementioned documents to the designated Document Verification Committee for scrutiny and verification. Failure to do so may result in the forfeiture of the candidate’s right to selection.
