Moreover, desirable candidates should have undergone specialized training in fire services from a reputed institute or university. The age criteria for this recruitment process dictate that candidates should be at least 18 years of age, with a maximum age limit of 27 years. However, relaxation in the upper age limit is provided for specific categories: 32 years for SC/ST and 30 years for OBC applicants, as per the official notification of the Ministry of Defence Recruitment 2023.
